Returns, exchanges and refunds

1. 30-day returns, wherever you live
Not in love with your Cloud Lounge Set? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, no matter which country you live in. You do not need to give a reason.

2. Wrong size? We will help
Our sets run small, so if your size is not right, email us with your order number and the size you need. We will help you exchange it.

3. How to return
Email us at WelloraOfficialShop@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to return or exchange. We will send you the return address. For hygiene reasons, please send items back unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by you. We refund the price of the goods, and the standard delivery cost if you paid for it, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of you sending proof of return. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Items returned worn, washed or damaged may have their value reduced.

4. Your legal rights
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, and a legal guarantee that the goods match what we sold you (at least 2 years in the EU). Our 30-day return window is in addition to these rights, and nothing in this policy limits them.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at WelloraOfficialShop@gmail.com as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm the problem, we will send you a free replacement, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. You do not pay any return costs in this case. You can also contact us about a fault after 7 days: this does not remove your legal rights.

6. What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by not following the care instructions (for example tumble drying or hot washing), are not faults. This does not affect your legal rights.
